Tonight I was able to take some family portraits for some new friends of mine here. We had a great time! It was a beautiful day to shoot photos, but it was quite chilly too. The weather is getting a lot colder dramatically fast here. I wouldn't be surprised to see some snow soon actually. Of course I am very okay with this. As much as I love hot weather and some good beach vibes, I also really enjoy mountains and winter weather. It is exciting to think that snow might be on the ground here for a while, and not just a few days at a time (which is typical for Washington suburbia).

After our photo shoot, I decided to take a drive. My initial desire was to chase the sunset to try and get some good pics since I had my camera with me. I ended up not really finding a great spot to get the shot I was looking for, but I had a great time just driving. I like driving, and I don't mind driving by myself. It is a great time to relax, pray, and unwind a bit. I am sure some of you can resonate with that. Here is a shot that I was able to snap on my drive. Cheers!
